There are two ways in which you can help to oppose the building of the wind power station next to Auchtermuchty Common.
1. Join the Auchtermuchty Landscape and Environment Group.
We need funds and volunteers for distributing leaflets and newsletters.
2. Write to the Planning Department at Fife Council to lodge your objection.
- A sample letter is available here.
- Please don’t copy the letter exactly - multiple copies of the same letter don’t have the same impact as individual letters - but you can use it as a guideline.
- Remember to put your address at the top right and your signature and name at the bottom!
- If there are more than one of you in the household write individual letters - they will all count.
- Children can lodge objections, so if a household contains Mum, Dad and two kids, that could be four letters of objection.
- Get your friends and neighbours to write letters.
